Jake Webster
Jake Webster (born 29 October 1983 in Melbourne, Australia) is a professional rugby league footballer for the Castleford Tigers of Super League. A New Zealand national representative three-quarter back, he previously played in Australasia's National Rugby League for the Melbourne Storm and Gold Coast Titans, and in Super League for Hull Kingston Rovers.

Webster, of Māori and Greek descent,〔http://www.nzherald.co.nz/sport/news/article.cfm?c_id=4&objectid=10349960〕 spent the early years of his life in Moonee Ponds before moving to Brisbane with his father. He began his rugby league career as an eight-year-old with the Valleys rugby league club and remained with the club through to under-18s. Jake was first spotted by former Melbourne Storm assistant coach Anthony Griffin in 2000 and was offered a place with Storm feeder side, Norths Devils.
